Cards Against Humanity

Every year, Cards Against Humanity pulls a stunt on Black Friday to make commentary on the absurd capitalist holiday. In 2018, Cards held a 99% Off Sale on a collection of rare and ridiculous items, ranging from a 24-karat dildo, to an obscure Picasso, to an 8-foot gummy candy python.

I collaborated with Cards’ design team and web developer to create a microsite for the sale featuring videos of each item, shot and art directed by us in-house. The overall direction pays homage to classic American sale graphics, playing with punchy stickers and a red-suited mascot to display the items, think Vanna White meets QVC.
