Landmark Square is a new development of condos, townhomes and apartments in The Gap neighborhood of Bronzeville, Chicago.  While the building’s exterior was designed to fit the neighborhood’s historic look, the developers wanted the brand identity to speak to the fresh modernity of its interior finishes. 

I developed and applied the Landmark Square brand identity across many mediums, from promotional print materials to construction signage.

Exhibition identity for Gush, an exhibition featuring the works of Paul Nudd and Stacza Lipinski at Tiger Strikes Asteroid Chicago. The branding reflects the work in the show, which straddles the balance of gross/grotesque and beautiful/romantic.

Compass is a tech-driven real estate brokerage fit for the modern world. As a part of the marketing and design team, I’ve designed impactful marketing materials across all mediums, including print collateral, social media, books, brochures and out-of-home advertising for hundreds of agents in the Chicagoland area. Additionally, I created design systems for internal events and brand campaigns.






Agent Branding


I’ve created 60+ unique agent logos, each reflecting the individual personality and business approach of their owner. Most marks are in the form of a monogram, to act as a visual identifier of the agent while allowing flexibility to fit within the larger Compass brand system.












Marketing Collateral

Beyond their branding, how do we differentiate our agents in the sea of black of white? By utilizing inviting imagery, custom patterns and distinct compositions, I designed various collateral for agents to help market their business.











Internal Events & Campaigns

With an employee base of over 1,500, Compass hosts regular events for its staff and agents. I collaborated with our Chicago design team to create branding systems for various events ranging from our 2019 Spring Summit to our virtual Juneteenth panel “Stand With Us!”.

Every year, Cards Against Humanity pulls a stunt on Black Friday to make commentary on the absurd capitalist holiday. In 2018, Cards held a 99% Off Sale on a collection of rare and ridiculous items, ranging from a 24-karat dildo, to an obscure Picasso, to an 8-foot gummy candy python.

I collaborated with Cards’ design team and web developer to create a microsite for the sale featuring videos of each item, shot and art directed by us in-house. The overall direction pays homage to classic American sale graphics, playing with punchy stickers and a red-suited mascot to display the items, think Vanna White meets QVC.

Corterra is a new development property of sixty-nine villas located in the heart of Coachella Valley in California. Our team crafted a unique identity system inspired by the hues of the Southwest desert landscape. The logo mark showcases the otherworldly plant life that sprouts from the parched earth, bringing color and life to this unique environment.
